- Visitors' behaviour on virtual catalogue websites
- Allows you to see where visitors are clicking
- Allows you to see which information visitors completely ignore
- Useful tool for understanding customer behaviour and modification of catalogue

Features
- a specific catalogue page view
- places where users are clicking are highlighted
- the more a place is highlighted, the more often visitors click on it
Use
- Finding overlooked active items on the website – you will find links that visitors ignore and do not click on (they might simply not be interested in the information, and then it would be appropriate to get rid of such items, or perhaps they do not click on them because they do not understand that the items can be clicked on – in that case you have a reason to set it right as soon as possible)
- Identification of key items that call for action – you clearly identify the main items that attract visitors' attention and make them click. It would be appropriate to keep such items even when modifying the website.
- Identification of missing links – you may find that users click on items that are not designed to be clicked. If they do so, they get certainly frustrated that the links are "not working". If a link in the catalogue does not work in the eyes of a visitor, you lose a visitor.
